Superpowr.ai (“Superpowr,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides recruiting and assessment services that help companies find long-term hires and help candidates discover roles where they can thrive. Protecting your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information from candidates, companies, and their employees to provide our services.
For Candidates:
- Contact information (e.g., name, email, phone number)
- Work history and resumes
- Work preferences and styles
- Personality and cognitive assessments
- Behavioral interview responses
- References you choose to share
- Account activity and communications with us
For Companies and Employees:
- Company and role details
- Employee feedback and cultural fit information
- Communications related to candidate assessments and recruiting
We do not collect sensitive demographic data (such as race, gender, disability, or health information).
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Match candidates with job opportunities and companies
- Facilitate assessments and behavioral interviews
- Support companies in evaluating candidates and cultural fit
- Improve and refine our products and services through research and analytics
- Notify candidates of new opportunities (with the option to opt out)
- Maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with our policies
3. How We Share Information
We only share your information in the following ways:
- With companies you apply to: Candidate profiles, assessments, and references are shared only with employers where you are under consideration.
- With service providers: We use trusted vendors (such as AWS, Cloudflare, and Datadog) for hosting, analytics, and infrastructure. These providers are contractually required to protect your information.
- For legal reasons: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.
We do not sell or rent personal data.
4. Data Retention
We retain candidate information until you choose to delete your profile. Once deleted, we will remove your information from our active systems within a reasonable period of time, except where retention is required for legal or regulatory reasons.
5. International Use
Although Superpowr currently operates out of the United States, this is a global policy. Candidate and company data is stored and processed only within the United States.
6. Security
We take appropriate measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular monitoring. However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
7. Candidate and Company Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to:
- Access a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correct or update inaccurate information
- Delete your information (“right to be forgotten”)
- Opt out of receiving communications about new opportunities
